Brynn Pendrak

Brynn Pendrak is a seasoned educational leader with extensive experience in instructional design and curriculum implementation. Currently serving as the Director of Instructional Design at StriveTogether, Brynn has previously held significant roles including Senior Implementation Designer and Manager of the Learning Experiences Design Team at Great Minds, where the focus was on developing coaching tools and WCAG compliant professional learning courses. Brynn's leadership experience includes founding the Mathematics and Science program at KIPP ENC Public Schools and serving as a District Math Specialist in Granville County Public Schools, emphasizing mathematics proficiency and STEM education. Earlier career roles included coaching teacher leaders at Teach For America and serving as a bilingual elementary teacher, achieving notable academic growth for students. Brynn holds a Master of Education in Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Political Science from The Ohio State University.
