Celine N. Fejeran

Celine N. Fejeran is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in policy and partnerships. Currently serving as the Senior Director & Chief of Staff of Policy and Partnerships at StriveTogether since January 2025, Celine is responsible for developing and executing policy strategies for the organization. Prior roles include Senior Portfolio Manager at Ballmer Group, where responsibilities encompassed investment strategy and managing grant portfolios, and Chief of Staff and Interim Co-CEO at Martha's Table, overseeing significant internal initiatives and departmental management. Celine has also held leadership positions at PAVE, Raise DC, and the DC Office of the Deputy Mayor for Education, focusing on youth policy development and community engagement. Celine began the career as an elementary teacher with DC Public Schools, recognized as an outstanding educator. Celine holds a Master's degree in Education Policy from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from American University, graduating magna cum laude.
