Cheryl Broadnax

Cheryl Broadnax has a robust background in education leadership, having served as Principal at Hartwell Elementary from 2006 to 2014, where they developed community relationships that doubled school enrollment and achieved high state ratings. As Assistant Superintendent, they increased preschool enrollment significantly and improved literacy outcomes across numerous elementary schools by implementing quality improvement methods. Currently, Cheryl holds the position of Senior Director for District Improvement at StriveTogether while pursuing an Administrative License at Xavier University, alongside studies at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and an ongoing Master's degree at the College of Mount St. Joe's.
