Melissa Kevra

Melissa Kevra is a Chief of Staff and performance strategist with nearly 15 years of experience in leadership, organizational engagement, and learning and development. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at StriveTogether, they are responsible for launching and scaling the Pathways Impact Fund and advising the Executive Director on strategic initiatives. Previously, Melissa held various roles at organizations including OneGoal and Teach For America, where they significantly improved performance management processes and recruitment strategies. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a minor in Business Administration from Pacific Lutheran University.
