Sonya Forg

Sonya Forg is an experienced professional currently serving as Chief of Staff at StriveTogether, providing strategic support to the CEO and managing key initiatives. Previously, Sonya held various leadership roles at Braven, including Managing Director of Higher Education Partnerships and Chief of Staff for External Affairs, where responsibility included partnership strategies and team development. Sonya's career began with Teach For America, where expertise in recruitment and school partnerships was demonstrated across multiple roles, significantly increasing diversity in corps member recruitment. Earlier experience includes teaching Spanish and working in production roles at Procter & Gamble and CBS Corporation. Sonya holds a Master’s degree in Secondary Education from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Media and Business from the University of Cincinnati.
