Thayne Coffman

Thayne Coffman currently serves as Vice President of Technical Engagements at Striveworks, overseeing customer-facing technical projects including the deployment of the Chariot MLOps platform. Prior experience includes roles as Staff Data Scientist at Striveworks, Advisor at ATRIUS Industries, Inc., Director of Research at DRW, and Quantitative Researcher at DRW, where Thayne advanced predictive algorithmic research. Previous positions at RGM Advisors and 21CT encompassed quantitative research, technology strategy formulation, and leading R&D initiatives. An early career included software development roles at Trilogy and Hughes Network Systems. Thayne holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, and a BS and MEng in Computer Science and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
