Vinoj Kumar

Vinoj Kumar is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in engineering leadership across multiple esteemed organizations. Currently serving as the VP and Head of Engineering at Striveworks, Vinoj drives MLOps solutions to enhance model development and deployment. Previously, as Vice President of Engineering at Cruise, oversight included infrastructure management for both cloud and on-premise platforms, along with reliability and network engineering. At Google, Vinoj held the position of Senior Director for Technical Infrastructure, where responsibilities encompassed leading cloud infrastructure delivery and achieving significant cost savings through product transitions. Vinoj co-founded Causeway Systems, serving as CTO and Head of Software, and has held various engineering roles at Lucent Technologies and IBM, where foundational work on network processors and distributed systems was achieved. Vinoj holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
