Mathieu FEISTHAUER

Mathieu Feisthauer has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles.

Mathieu started their career as a Trainee at Munch Industrie et Maintenance in 2003 and later worked as a Trainee at ILSERV in 2004.

In 2005, they joined TU Delft as a student.

From 2006 to 2009, they worked as a Technical Superintendent at CMA Ships - CMA CGM Group, followed by a role as a Vessel Superintendent at Fugro Marine Services BV from 2009 to 2014.

In 2014, they joined Oceanteam Shipping and held various positions including Project Manager Shipping, Fleet Manager, and Fleet and Chartering Manager.

From 2020 to 2022, they worked at The Ocean Cleanup where they served as the Head of Operations - Rivers and later as the Head of Project Management - Rivers. Mathieu'sresponsibilities included managing outsourced operations, project and contract management, and setting up national consortia for river projects.

Currently, they are the Business Development Manager - Europe at Strohm starting from 2023. Overall, Mathieu Feisthauer has gained extensive experience in project management, fleet management, shipping, and technical supervision throughout their career.

Mathieu FEISTHAUER completed their Msc in Mechanical and Work Organisation from Ecole nationale d'Ingénieurs de Metz from 2000 to 2006. In 2005, they also pursued an Msc in Design, Manufacturing and Innovation from Université de Metz. As part of their education, they had an Erasmus experience at Delft University of Technology in 2005, focusing on Mechanical and Maritime Engineering. In 2016, Mathieu enrolled in the Open Programme RSM Executive Education at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, where they are currently studying Finance for Non-Financial Managers.
