Catherine Goodall

Catherine Goodall is a Policy Manager and Campaigns Lead with extensive experience in developing and evaluating legislative and policy improvements in the charitable sector and public services. Currently serving as a Policy Manager at the Stroke Association, Catherine previously held the role of Policy Manager at NCVO, where they engaged with over 17,000 members on issues such as volunteer work and COVID-19 policies. With a background that includes roles at the Council for Disabled Children and Nottingham Trent University, Catherine has proven expertise in policy development and research, particularly focused on Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND). A cofounder of Proud Changemakers, Catherine is dedicated to driving positive change for the LGBTQIA+ community. Catherine holds a Master's degree in International Relations from the University of Nottingham, graduating with distinction.
