Llinos Parry is an Engagement Lead for Wales with over two decades of experience in health, social care, and the third sector. They have held senior roles at the Stroke Association, including Engagement Lead, Head of Services, and Interim Director of Wales, showcasing a proven track record in strategic engagement and change management. They previously worked at Gwynedd Council in housing-related roles. Llinos holds a BA in English and Social Policy from Bangor University and a Diploma in Welfare Studies, Social Sciences from Coleg Menai. Passionate about inclusive practice and the promotion of the Welsh language, they are committed to driving impactful change at a strategic level.
