Clerical Support at Stroke Association

Sarah Platt began their work experience as an Evening Receptionist at Wigan and Leigh College in 2004. Sarah was responsible for tasks such as taking payment for courses, distributing course materials, and forwarding calls to appropriate staff members. In 2013, Sarah became an Ambassador Volunteer for the Stroke Association, where they raised awareness about strokes and acted as a champion for the organization's stroke guide. During their time with the Stroke Association, they also took on a role as Clerical Support, which involved inputting new referrals into a database, answering calls, and typing letters to patients and GPs. Sarah's most recent work experience is as a Volunteer Techmate at Wigan Council, where they began in 2022.

Sarah Platt attended Wigan and Leigh College from 2002 to 2004, where they pursued an NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration with a focus on All Office Duties.
