Natasha Poleva

Natasha Poleva has over 18 years of experience in the publishing industry, currently serving in the role of Foreign Rights and Partnerships at Stroki since September 2023, where Natasha has significantly increased the portfolio of original translated content from 120 to 320 titles. Prior to this, Natasha held various key positions at Eksmo, including Lead Producer for the audio franchise and Head of Rights Sales for adult fiction and non-fiction, driving successful audio projects and managing global translation rights sales. Natasha also served as Rights Manager and Commissioning Editor at Komsomolskaya Pravda, developing a portfolio of translated non-fiction, and worked as a Senior Foreign Rights Executive at Eksmo, negotiating and supervising over 300 contracts annually. Natasha’s earlier experience includes a role at Geotar-media, where significant growth was achieved in the medical publishing sector, and teaching positions at the Moscow Academy of Law and Finance and the Russian University of Innovations.
