Clint Hammer

Clint Hammer has extensive work experience in the aviation industry. Clint is currently serving as the Director of Client Services at Strom Aviation, where they oversee the needs of over 100 customers and ensures high employee retention and compliance rates. Clint is skilled at improving efficiency and coordination among teams and excels at fostering long-term client relationships and providing excellent customer service.

Prior to their current role, Clint worked as a Certified Service Advisor at James Wood Motors. Clint greeted customers, consulted with them regarding their vehicles, and acted as a liaison between customers and technicians.

Clint previously held various positions at Strom Aviation, including Director of Client Services, Director of Field Team Services, Field Team Site Manager, and Aerospace Recruiter. In these roles, they demonstrated their ability to manage a workforce, recruit and train employees, develop customer service plans, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Before joining Strom Aviation, Clint worked as a Systems Mechanic, performing modifications and replacements on Boeing 707 aircraft. During this time, they also received on-the-job training to become a Field Team Site Manager.
