Ryan Frailing

Ryan Frailing has an extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Ryan started their career in 2009 as a Concierge for InterContinental Hotels Group, where they managed guest arrivals and departures and led projects to improve hospitality standards. In 2013, they became the Acquisitions Director for Settlement Capital Corporation, overseeing acquisitions within the company. From 2014 to 2017, Ryan worked for Strom Direct as a Lead Recruiter and Account Manager, connecting leaders in aviation and aerospace with top talent. Ryan then joined Stericycle as a Regional Account Manager in 2017. In 2019, Ryan returned to Strom Direct as a Senior Executive Recruiter, providing leadership solutions for maximum business performance. Ryan later became the Director of Recruitment for Spartan College of Aeronautics and Technology in 2021, and in 2023, they took on the role of Director of Sales and Direct Placements at Strom Aviation.

Ryan Frailing attended Dallas College from 2011 to 2014, where they earned an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies.
