David Stein

David Stein is a seasoned legal professional specializing in intellectual property, particularly in patent design and prosecution in the fields of software, electrical, and computer engineering. Currently, David serves as the Senior Director of Patent Design at Strong Force Innovation Portfolios, a position held since August 2022. Prior to this role, David was a Patent Attorney at Artegis Law Group LLP and Studebaker & Brackett PC, with earlier experience as a Patent Attorney at Harness, Dickey & Pierce, P.L.C., and Cooper Legal Group. David has also held a directorial position at the National Association of Patent Practitioners and has accumulated extensive experience dating back to a legal research internship at Jones Day. Academic credentials include a JD in Intellectual Property Law from Case Western Reserve University, an MS in Computer Science from Cleveland State University, and a BS in Electrical Engineering and Biology from George Mason University and The Ohio State University, respectively.
