Constanta Ghitu

Constanta Ghitu has a strong background in business intelligence and data analysis. Constanta started their work experience in 2014 as a Business Intelligence Analyst at Xerox, where they acted as a point of contact for report building, analysis, and performance support. Constanta also focused on predictive analytics, forecasting, and developing effective reporting tools. Constanta continued their career at Conduent in 2017 as a Supervisor in Reporting and Data Analytics before transitioning to the role of Business Intelligence Analyst. In this role, they ensured operational effectiveness, designed workflows, coordinated development of business specifications, and analyzed activities and trends. Constanta then joined CRF Health as a Business Intelligence Developer, where they were responsible for developing dashboards and analyzing the business unit's activities. Constanta later moved on to Signant Health as the Business Intelligence Team Lead, leading the team in business intelligence initiatives. Most recently, Constanta started working as a Big Data Engineer at Cognizant Softvision and currently holds the position of Data Specialist at Strongbytes.

Constanta Ghitu completed their education at two institutions. From 2011 to 2014, they attended Universitatea "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" din Iași, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Statistics and Economic Forecasting. Constanta then pursued further education at the same institution from 2014 to 2016 and earned a Master's degree in Statistics and Actuarial Affairs in Insurances and Health. Additionally, Constanta Ghitu obtained two certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals from Microsoft in September 2021 and Qlik Sense Business Analyst from Qlik in July 2018.
