Dan Nicola has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Dan is currently the CEO at Strongbytes, a position they have held since December 2015. Prior to that, they founded and organized Codecamp Romania, a series of IT events that have been running for over 10 years. In 2017, they became a partner at TBNR Accelerator Iași, focusing on accelerating and investing in technology startups. Dan also has experience at Maxcode, where they served as the Director of Maxcode Romania from February 2012 to July 2016 and held various roles such as Project Manager and Software Developer. Before that, they worked as a Software Developer at E2 Technology Partner.

Dan Nicola attended Universitatea "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" din Iași from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. In January 2012, they obtained a certification in Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance.
