Kate R. has over 8 years of work experience in recruitment and operations. Kate began their career in 2013 as an Office Manager for Seamless Integrity and RDO Irrigation. In 2014, they transitioned to Northern Technologies, LLC (NTI) as an Administrative Assistant. In 2016, they joined Vanity (clothing) as a Field Recruiter & Operations Specialist. In 2017, they were promoted to Lead Recruiter at E.W. Wylie Corporation. In 2019, they moved to ATR International as a Technical Recruiter, and in 2022, they started working as a Senior Recruiter at strongDM.

Kate R. has a background in Human Resources Management and Services from Minnesota State Community and Technical College and Zoology/Animal Biology from North Dakota State University. Kate also holds a Lever Administrator Certificate obtained in November 2022.
