Rusty Brandt

Rusty Brandt is a seasoned Learning and Development Director with extensive experience in instructional design and project management. Having served as a Curriculum Specialist and Teacher in both Red Mesa and Kyrene School Districts, Rusty provided training and support to educators, developed curricula, and improved student assessments. At StrongMind, Rusty currently directs a large team and manages a multi-million dollar budget, overseeing the creation of technology-based instructional materials and professional learning programs. Rusty also held a senior role at Pearson, where they specialized in usability and user-centered design research to enhance educational products. Rusty holds a Bachelor of Education from Arizona State University and a Master of Education from Doane College.
