Strongpoint Talent
We headhunt skilled trades talent for growing home service companies.

What We Do
Strongpoint finds HVAC techs, plumbers, and electricians who are already working in the field - not job board wanderers hoping for a paycheck. We evaluate track records, vet for skill and culture fit, and deliver candidates worth interviewing.

You get fewer interviews, better hires, and predictable recruiting support year-round.

Why We're Different
We're operators who've built and scaled multi-trade service companies, not recruiters playing in the trades space. We know what separates a resume from someone who can actually turn a wrench and build customer relationships.

Who We Work With
Growth-oriented residential service companies doing $2M+ annually who need systematic recruiting to scale beyond founder-dependent hiring. Companies that value reliability over cheap labor and want to delegate recruiting to focus on operations.

Our Mission
Give the trades a good home. We exist to elevate the men and women in the skilled trades through better leadership, better culture, and better opportunities. Skilled work builds strong families, strong communities, and strong people.

Good companies run on good people. Our job is to help you find them - and keep them.
