STROS is a strategic advisory business built where supply chain, logistics, technology and retail meet.

We work with organisations whose strategy has to survive contact with reality. Supply chains, store networks and operations where a plan only counts once it's delivered. We don't hand over slides and leave. We stay in, with skin in the game

We run as one firm with two vehicles.

STROS Consulting is the advisory side. Strategy, transformation and C-suite leadership across supply chain, logistics, technology and retail. Operating-model design, network and distribution strategy, technology and automation adoption, M&A integration and turnaround. Led by people who have run these networks from the inside, not just advised on them.

STROS Partnerships is the proposition for a small, curated set of high-growth companies selling into the enterprise, we go further than advice. We put dedicated people, infrastructure and network into their growth engine. GTM strategy, trusted introductions to senior buyers and invite-only executive roundtables.

One principle holds it together. The network is the asset, and trust is what makes it work. So we represent one company per category, never competitors in the same room, and we always lead with value to the buyer. That discipline is why the access compounds instead of burning out.

STROS carries the experience and DNA of its founder, Ross Eggleton FCILT. Former CSCO, COO and M&A integration lead across retail and logistics. Today Chief Strategy Officer at WS Holdco and advisor to a chosen circle of category leaders including Kallikor, CBRE Industrial & Logistics and Duvo.ai.

We work by introduction. If your strategy has to meet the physical world, let's talk.
