Michelle Jaffe

Michelle Jaffe is the Head of People at Strove and DTMB People Consulting, where they oversee human resource strategies. With a background in people operations at Ozow and experience as a Learning and Development Manager at Newmark, Michelle has cultivated expertise in managing employee relations and development. Prior to these roles, they served as a Client Relationship Manager at ICAS Southern Africa, managing relationships for a diverse client portfolio. Michelle holds an Honours degree in Clinical Psychology and both undergraduate and postgraduate degrees from the University of Cape Town, complemented by a short course in Training and Development from GetSmarter.
