Jon Allison is the Chief Administrative Officer at Root, Inc., where they oversee the Legal, Human Resources, Underwriting, Claims, and Customer Service teams. With over twenty years of experience in state government, Jon served as Chief of Staff for Ohio Governor Bob Taft and led significant healthcare policy initiatives in Ohio. They have also held leadership roles in various organizations, including CareSource and the Ohio Lottery Commission, and currently serve on multiple boards. Jon's extensive legal background includes work as General Counsel at Root, where they contributed to the company's IPO and multiple financing rounds. They earned a JD from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.
