Royce West

Royce West has extensive experience in investment management and academia. Currently serving as the Director of Research and Portfolio Manager at STRS Ohio since April 2001, Royce manages a Large Cap Core fund with assets exceeding $1.5 billion and previously held the role of Assistant Portfolio Manager for a Large Cap Value Fund. As an Adjunct Professor at The Ohio State University since April 2003, Royce directs the Ohio State/CFA Institute University Partnership and teaches a graduate-level investment course focused on equity portfolio management. Additional leadership experience includes serving as President of the CFA Society of Columbus from 2007 to 2010 and holding the Vice President position at First Union National Bank, where a team was managed to enhance investment decision-making processes. Royce's academic qualifications include a CFA designation, an MBA in Finance from Case Western Reserve University, and a BSBA in Finance from The Ohio State University.
