Shara Bailey

Shara Bailey has been working at STRS Ohio since January 1998, where Shara serves as a Senior Benefits Counselor in Higher Education. Shara is responsible for counseling clients on retirement plans, survivor benefits, and various health care options. In addition, Shara also coordinates the Higher Education Retirement Plan and benefits counseling at the organization. With experience as an Adjunct Professor at Ohio Christian University, Shara has expertise in Organizational Development in HR, Management, and Financial applications. Shara holds an MBA from Ashland University and a BBA from Eastern Kentucky University.
