Lawrence Hanson

Lawrence Hanson is currently an Of Counsel at Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg and has been an Adjunct Professor at the University of Houston Law Center since 1993, teaching U.S. Import Regulation and U.S. Export Controls. With over 36 years of expertise in international trade law, they have served as Principal at their own law office and have held positions at several prestigious firms, including Grunfeld, Desiderio, Lebowitz, Silverman & Klestadt LLP and Barnes, Richardson & Colburn. Lawrence's legal career began with the U.S. Customs Service, where they provided counsel and taught Customs Law. They earned a Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Northern Illinois University.
