Dibeth Guinto

Dibeth Guinto possesses extensive experience in various roles within the fields of talent management and education. Currently serving as the Philippine Operations 2IC at Struber since March 2021, Dibeth has also held positions as Talent Officer and Talent Coordinator within the same company. Prior to this, Dibeth was an ESL Teacher at 51Talk from November 2019 to January 2022 and worked as a Representative in Talent Acquisition at Convergys from February 2018 to August 2019. Earlier in the career, Dibeth served as a Psychometrician at Canossa School from April 2015 to April 2017. Dibeth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Psychology from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, completed in 2015.
