Joy then worked at Bunge as a Programmer, supporting the BPICS ERP system and developing custom programs and reports. Joy continued their career at Atlas Soundolier as a Programmer, where they supported the MAPICS ERP system and developed custom shipping interfaces. At Capgemini, they worked as a Programmer/Business Analyst at Ralcorp Holdings, supporting the Prism ERP system and creating a picking system for one of the divisions. Joy then joined Ralcorp Holding Inc as a Senior Business Analyst/Programmer, supporting the Prism and JDE EnterpriseOne ERP systems and implementing the JDE EnterpriseOne Shipping module. Finally, they founded their own company, Struckhoff, LLC, where they worked as a Project Manager/Business Analyst - Consultant, managing and implementing RF-Smart bar coding software and supporting JD Edwards modules.
Joy Struckhoff attended Saint Louis University from 1991 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
