Marcin Dąbrowski

Marcin Dąbrowski is an entrepreneur and co-founder of People, currently serving as CEO. They previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer and VP of the Board at Ailleron, where they led the Fintech division, tripling its revenue and establishing profitability. Prior to that, Marcin was a Business Unit Director at Comarch, managing the OSS Business Unit and significantly increasing sales and headcount during their tenure. Marcin holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Computer Science and a PhD student in Telecommunications from AGH University of Science and Technology, and has completed executive programs at Stanford and IESE Business School.
