Graham Allan possesses extensive experience in the engineering sector, currently serving as Technical Manager/Director at Structex since March 2003. Structex leverages the strengths of a large engineering consultancy while maintaining the agility and close business relationships of a smaller team. Prior to this role, Graham contributed as a Part-Time Engineering Tutor at CPIT from March 2004 to December 2010, specializing in engineering drawing for diploma and BEngTech students. Earlier in the career, Graham held positions such as Senior Technician/CAD-IT Manager at Beca from March 1991 to March 2003, Draughtsman at Howe Design & Management in early 1990, and Fitter & Turner at Hamilton Jet from September 1984 to September 1989. Academic qualifications include an NZCE in Engineering Civil and a Trade Certificate in Fitting, Turning, and Machining from CPIT, along with initial education at Lincoln High School.
