Kate Singleton is an experienced professional with a strong background in human resources and management. Currently serving as Practice Manager at Structex, an engineering firm since November 2012, Kate has held various roles including Director and People and Culture Manager, where responsibilities included providing core People Services and financial administration. Prior to Structex, Kate worked as an HR Resourcing Consultant at the Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Authority and held senior consultant positions at Ryan Recruitment and IAG New Zealand Ltd, focusing on recruitment, team management, and candidate development. Kate holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Canterbury and a Diploma in Early Childhood Education from Christchurch College of Education, along with a certificate in Child Psychology.
