Desmond Lim

Desmond Lim has over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting. Desmond is currently the CEO of Structo, a Singapore-based construction software company. Prior to joining Structo, Desmond was the Chief Financial Officer at Tessa Therapeutics from December 2017 to October 2020. Desmond has also held senior finance positions at ams AG, Heptagon, Avago Technologies Limited, and Honeywell. Desmond started their career as an auditor with Arthur Andersen & Co. before moving into corporate finance with JP Morgan and Deutsche Bank.

Desmond Lim completed their Bachelor of Commerce at The University of Western Australia, majoring in Accounting and Business/Management. Desmond then became a Chartered Accountant after completing their certification from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
