Loren Yeo

Loren Yeo has worked in the engineering field since 2015. In 2021, they began working as a Lead Engineer, Print Systems at Structo. Prior to this, they worked at Leica Microsystems as a Principal Systems Engineer (Research and Development), a Senior Mechanical Engineer (Research and Development) and a Mechanical Engineer (Research and Development). As a Principal Systems Engineer, they were responsible for system design specifications, failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA), risk analysis and design review. As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, their latest completed project was the integration of Enfocus OCT into the Proveo 8 microscope.

Loren Yeo attended RMIT University from 2006 to 2013, where they earned a Doctor of Philosophy, PhD in Manufacturing Engineering. Prior to that, they attended Victoria University from 2003 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering, B.Eng. (Hons.) in Mechanical Engineering.
