Karl Skoog

Karl Skoog is a Senior Crisis, Civil Preparedness, and Security Management Consultant at Structor. Previously, they worked as a Senior Scientist at FOI, where they managed analyst teams and contributed to the development of military doctrines for the Swedish Armed Forces. They also held roles as a Scientist and Deputy Head of Department, focusing on capability assessments and project management. Karl earned a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and an M.Sc. in Chemistry from Stockholm University, where they engaged in significant research and teaching activities.
