Yair Klein

Yair Klein has over 8 years of professional experience in the financial sector. In 2013, they began working at Navon waisfeld & co. In 2015, they joined Deloitte as a Manager in the Audit & Assurance and Cryptocurrencies practice. In this role, they were responsible for developing and monitoring project staffing plans, budgets, scheduling, and forecasts, as well as investigating and following up on any variances from expectations. Yair also provided overall accounting services in diverse industries such as High-Tech, Block-chain, VC's and Private Equity. In 2019, Klein became the Financial Controller of Zoomd Technologies LTD (TSXV: ZOMD) and its subsidiaries. In this role, they had direct responsibility for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing procedures, financial reports, and financial analyses (IFRS). Yair also worked closely with external auditors, and prepared detailed audit supporting documentation. In 2022, Klein was appointed as the Director of Finance and Operations at StructShare.

Yair Klein obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from The College of Management Academic Studies between 2009 and 2012. Yair also obtained a Certified Public Accountant certification from the Israeli Ministry of Justice in April 2015.
