Howard Lee

Howard Lee is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in venture capital and private equity. Currently serving as a Venture Partner at Structural Capital and Ponte Partners, Howard also co-founded Founders Equity Partners, where the focus is on providing liquidity to cybersecurity and technology firm executives. As a Senior Advisor at Architect Partners LLC, Howard aids entrepreneurs with capital raising and mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, Howard is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Police & Fire Department Retirement Plan Board in San Jose. Previous roles include consultancy at Nextera Energy Investments, Vice President roles at Alta Energy, Inc. and Clean Focus, and an Executive Director position at CDIB Capital. Howard holds a BS and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University, along with an MBA from INSEAD.
