Diane Mallette

Diane Mallette serves as Director of Human Resources at Structural Component Systems, Inc. and also runs Mallette Business Consulting. As a Co-Owner of Mallette Farms, Diane manages farming operations while overseeing bookkeeping and marketing. In the past, Diane has held key positions such as Chief Operations Officer at AAA- Auto Club Trust, FSB, and Senior Vice President at Fremont National Bank. Diane has a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Nebraska Wesleyan University and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Organizational Communication at the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
