Don Sees

Don Sees is an experienced General Superintendent with a career spanning several decades in the construction and logging industries. Since October 1984, Don has been with STRUCTURAL, managing daily operations and overseeing teams ranging from 10 to 75 personnel while also updating project schedules. Previously, Don served as a General Superintendent at Gearhart Logging Services for a brief period in 1984 and worked as a Technician in an open hole logging operation, holding a DOT Class A license. Earlier experience includes a role as a Driller at Exeter Drilling Company, where Don operated a high-capacity drilling rig and managed a four-person crew. Don's educational background includes studies at South Dakota Mines from 1977 to 1979 and a diploma from Irene High School, earned between 1972 and 1976.
