Lesley Ko

Lesley Ko currently serves as the Director of Cementitious & Sustainable Materials at STRUCTURAL TECHNOLOGIES since October 2023. Previously, Lesley held the position of Group Manager Product Development at Master Builders Solutions from April 2020 to October 2023, and at BASF from 2015 to April 2020. Earlier experience includes leading novel cement development at Holcim Technology Ltd. and managing innovative cement and concrete product projects at Holcim Group Support Ltd. A foundational role as Project Engineer at Holderbank Management and Consulting Ltd. involved developing new cement types and evaluating their performance. Lesley's academic background includes advanced degrees from ETH Zürich, National Taiwan University, and a professional certification from Stanford University in Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
