Navid Hemmati, Ph.D., currently serves as a Superintendent at STRUCTURAL TECHNOLOGIES since January 2023, having previously held the same role for a brief period in August 2022. In addition, Navid is a Lecturer at Texas State University, where research focuses on asphalt behavior and additives while also teaching courses in surveying, mechanical electrical and plumbing (MEP), and soils and foundations since August 2019. Previous experience includes serving as an Engineering Supervisor at Freyssinet from March 2014 to November 2018, specializing in the construction and installation of sustainable structures, such as cable-stayed bridges and stadium roofs.
