Ben Romans

Ben Romans is currently the Head of Strategy at Design by Structure, a London-based brand and digital agency, where they work closely with founders and marketing leaders to define brand positioning and connect strategy to commercial outcomes. Ben has a rich background in creative, brand strategy, and marketing communications, having founded Zoo&Co after over twenty years of experience with large branding projects in Europe and North America. Prior to this, they served as a Creative Director at Wolff Olins in both London and New York. Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Central Saint Martins, University of The Arts London.
