Simon V. Wong

Simon V. Wong, a San Francisco native, has three decades of real estate experience, beginning in the late 1980s with their parents' business. Currently serving as CEO of Hogan & Vest since acquiring the company in 2019, Simon oversees over 4,500 units across nearly 450 buildings while integrating advanced technology into operations. Their career includes significant achievements at Barry Slatt Mortgage Company, where Simon originated over $2.59 billion in commercial loans from 2003 to 2014. Active in philanthropy, Simon is a member of The Guardsmen, supporting youth programs, and holds various partnerships in both real estate and dining ventures. Simon possesses an MBA in Finance from San Francisco State University and a B.S. in Business Administration from Saint Mary's College of California.
