Crystal Mitchell (She/Her) has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Crystal is currently the Director of People, Projects, Support and Team Development at Structure since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Occipital for 8 years, starting as a Customer Experience Manager in January 2014 and eventually became the Director of Customer Experience in January 2019. Crystal also had a role as a Desktop Support Administrator, Optimizer Support, and Self Proclaimed Morale Officer at Trada from December 2011 to November 2013. Before that, they worked as a Systems Analyst and Team Coordinator at ALLSITE IT from November 2009 to April 2010. Crystal also held the position of Programmer at Ansac Pty Ltd in 2008, and as a Network Administrator at Kennys from October 2005 to November 2006. Crystal started their career as an IT Support Engineer at Connaught Electronics Ltd (Valeo) from January 2005 to October 2005.

Crystal Mitchell attended Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Digital and Software Systems. Crystal also completed a Diploma in Electronic and Computer Engineering and a National Certificate in Electronic Engineering, all at Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology.
