Amber Xia

Amber Xia currently serves as the Sr. Manager of Operations at Structure Therapeutics since June 2021. Prior experience includes the role of Research Operations Manager at Amgen from September 2019 to May 2021, where the focus was on enhancing workplace quality for top talent. Prior to Amgen, Amber was the Operation Director at ATLATL Innovation Cluster, contributing to the design and strategic development of their innovation lab from September 2017 to August 2019. Additionally, a 6-year tenure at Sodexo as Facilities Manager specialized in facility management for leading pharmaceutical and healthcare companies. Amber's career began at the Shanghai Sharks Basketball Club as Public Relations Supervisor from November 2009 to October 2011, overseeing media relationships and community engagement. Educational qualifications include an EMBA in Business Administration from Antai College of Economics & Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and a BA in Sports Journalism from Chengdu Sports University.
