Long Nguyen, PhD, PE, is a professional engineer specializing in the planning and design of safe and code-compliant residential and commercial structures. Currently a Senior Structural Engineer at StructureCare®, they provide technical sales support and oversee multi-million-dollar repair projects. Previously, Long served as a Structural Project Manager at Siemanowski Engineering Inc, where they developed framing plans and managed junior engineers. Long earned a PhD in Engineering from Drexel University, where they conducted extensive research on materials and teaching methodologies, contributing to high-impact technical publications. In addition to engineering, Long enjoys playing tennis and traveling worldwide.
