Matt Wilson

Matt Wilson has a strong background in network security and infrastructure. Matt is currently working as a Senior Security Engineer at Structured Communication Systems. Prior to this, they worked at the Fire and Police Pension Association of Colorado as a Network Security Engineer, where they successfully reduced security vulnerabilities and saved costs through cloud migration. Before that, they served as a Network Manager at Navajo Incorporated, where they implemented security policy frameworks and strengthened network security. Matt also worked at Pepperjax Grill as an IT Infrastructure and Compliance Manager, where they established a secure infrastructure and negotiated reduced service provider fees. Matt Wilson completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Social Sciences from the University of Wyoming, attending from 1984 to 1991. These include the Palo Alto Certified Network Security Administrator from Palo Alto Networks, the Fortinet Network Security Expert Level 4: Certified Professional and Fortinet Network Security Expert Level 7: Certified Architect from Fortinet, the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)², the CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+), Security+ from CompTIA, the PCIP Payment Card Industry Professional and PCI-ISA from the PCI Security Standards Council.
