Hân Phạm has worked in the design industry since 2020. Hân started their career as a Sales Executive and Marketing Manager at TROPIC FARM Co., Ltd. in 2020. In 2021, they became a Freelance Graphic Designer at Upwork. In 2022, they took on roles as a Creative Designer at Structured and Loop Club, as well as a General Designer at Growthster.com and InGrowth.com.

Hân Phạm has a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Architecture of Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC), which they obtained between 2015 and 2021.
