Derek Anger

Derek Anger is a project manager in the Investigative Services Group, specializing in forensic engineering investigations involving various building systems for residential, commercial, and institutional facilities. They are a licensed architect and structural engineer with seven years of experience in commercial and industrial projects, including architectural and structural design for manufacturing plants and refineries. Derek has expertise in forensic investigations addressing issues such as structural collapses, concrete deterioration, and damage from storms and fires. They previously held positions as a structures instructor and graduate assistant at Ball State University and worked with multiple architecture and engineering firms throughout their career. Derek earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Purdue University and a Master of Architecture from Ball State University.
