Jessica Kessinger

Jessica Kessinger, PE, is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and civil engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at American Structurepoint since November 2025, Kessinger previously held the role of Deputy Program Manager at HNTB from January 2021 to November 2025, where notable achievements included leading the $700M NEX South Phase 1 project and managing multi-disciplinary teams in collaboration with TxDOT. Kessinger's expertise also encompasses oversight of multi-discipline departments in planning and mobility, as well as programmatic management at WSP USA, and foundational experience as an engineer at HDR. Kessinger holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at El Paso.
