Katie Eagan Downing

Katie Eagan Downing is a strategic relationship builder with a passion for people and problem-solving. Currently, they serve as the Business Development Director at American Structurepoint, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, Katie worked as the Government Relations Principal at Frost Brown Todd from 2023 to 2025 and held various roles in public service, including Deputy Director of Legislative Affairs for the Ohio Industrial Commission and Political Director for the Ohio Republican Party. They have also contributed to the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber as Vice President of Government Affairs from 2018 to 2023 and served as Executive Director for both the Ohio Vision Professionals Board and the Ohio House Republican Organizational Committee. Katie earned a BA in Political Science from The Ohio State University in 2004.
